Founder, Fractional Operator
Andrew started VeritOps to give growing manufacturers access to the operations expertise that Fortune 500 companies take for granted.
He spent a decade in operations at manufacturing, technology, and defense companies — Fortive (Tektronix, PacSci EMC), Oracle (Hardware Operations), and PE-backed iGrafx. He advised executives on what to fix and rolled up his sleeves to fix it.
Everywhere he went, he found the same problems. Bad quotes losing deals and killing margins. Cash trapped in receivables and inventory. Missed deliveries driving customers to competitors. Now he solves them for manufacturers who don't have a full ops team to throw at them. He builds simple operations that anyone can run, and he doesn't leave until they hold.
Andrew has an MBA from the University of Oregon and a BS in Finance from UCF. He recently relocated from the West Coast to the Chicago suburbs with his wife and kids, putting down roots near family.

Strategic Advisor, Manufacturing & Supply Chain
Kyle knows what breaks factories and how to fix them. He also knows when to insource, when to outsource, and how to lead the change that comes with either.
He's spent 12 years supporting Fortive operating companies including Tektronix and Fluke Instruments. He's run factories, led strategic projects, and supported initiatives across Fortive and Ralliant. He's cleared backlogs, unclogged bottlenecks, turned around production lines, restructured supply chains, and shifted production footprints. Today he's Director of Global Demand Planning and Strategic Initiatives at Tektronix.
Kyle is one of those rare operators who can set a vision and execute it end to end.
As Strategic Advisor at VeritOps, he helps manufacturers see what needs to change and then makes it happen.
Kyle has degrees in Accounting and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. He's based in Portland, Oregon.
