This information is provided by you and processed solely to deliver contracted services. Client Engagement Records: Contact information, project documentation, and business information are retained for seven (7) years following the conclusion of our business relationship, aligning with standard business record-keeping requirements.

Financial and Billing Records: Payment information and invoices are retained for seven (7) years as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Website Analytics Data: Automatically collected website data is retained for twenty-six (26) months through Google Analytics.

Confidential Information: Our confidentiality obligations continue for five (5) years following the end of an engagement, as specified in our Terms of Service.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at legal@veritops.com. We will delete or anonymize your information within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes.
