Client Workforce Data

When providing services, we may access information about your employees, contractors, or other personnel, including names, titles, roles, contact information, and performance-related data. This information is provided by you and processed solely to deliver contracted services. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate notice to and consent from your personnel as required by applicable law. Client Engagement Records: Contact information, project documentation, and business information are retained for seven (7) years following the conclusion of our business relationship, aligning with standard business record-keeping requirements.

Financial and Billing Records: Payment information and invoices are retained for seven (7) years as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Website Analytics Data: Automatically collected website data is retained for twenty-six (26) months through Google Analytics.

Confidential Information: Our confidentiality obligations continue for five (5) years following the end of an engagement, as specified in our Terms of Service.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at legal@veritops.com. We will delete or anonymize your information within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes.

In the preceding twelve months, we have collected: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); professional information (job title, company, business role); commercial information (services purchased, business needs); internet activity (website browsing behavior); and inferences drawn to create business profiles.

Your CCPA Rights include: Right to Know what personal information we collect and how we use it; Right to Delete your personal information; Right to Correct inaccurate information; Right to Opt-Out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share personal information for advertising); and Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising your rights.
